Today is day 2 of 5 of my weeklong juice challenge.
I am realizing, just today, that it is quite ambitious to produce a video per day. Producing a video per day takes almost as long as it takes to clean all of the juicer parts. If you have a juicer, you can probably relate to the time it takes to disassemble, clean, and reassemble the thing!
But nevertheless, I am pressing on as I continue to make juice! Juice or die! So it’s gotta just be the juice…
Today’s juice was made with beets, making it turn into a beautiful, swoon worthy shade of reddish maroon. Seriously, Sherwin Williams should consider a paint color is this shade. It’s so darn pretty!
Here are the ingredients to make this juice AND don’t forget to hop on over to my YouTube channel and watch me make it!
