Whew! I made it through the five day juice challenge! Since our world is still in a pandemic, I will celebrate by simply giving MYSELF a pat on the back.
The last juice of the week required me to scale down the ingredients a bit and create another simple, 4-ingredient blend.
Apple + celery + ginger + (wonderful ass) PINEAPPLE (also known as WAP)
I was very excited to create a juice with pineapple. Pineapple juice (or just eating pineapple) can help you digest your food. My mother has eaten pineapple after having big meals and has shared how she feels so much better afterwards. Yay for healthy digestion!
BASIC ASS WAP JUICE
- 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
- 1 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon or so of ginger
- 2 stalks of celery
- Peel and cut off the ends from the celery stalk.
- Remove apple core.
- Run all ingredients through your juicer.
- Add ice and enjoy!
